How to return an item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The item(s) must be returned within 3 months of purchase.

• First please email info@adhesivetemplates.ca to request a refund.  Please include the part numbers and the original invoice number in your request. 
• Once we approve, please package all templates for return, along with a copy of the original invoice highlighting the templates you wish to return, and mail to:

• Shipping charges are not credited for returns of Supplies items unless item was defective.
• Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return.
